In Episode 3 of the Being Human is Good for Business Podcast, we discuss Enneagram Types within the instinctive center, also known as the belly or gut center. These are the leaders who have a strong but somewhat unconscious connection to their “gut feelings”. While this can be advantageous, it presents some distinct challenges when leaders act impulsively and without self-awareness.
